The First Australian Chef and Restaurant to be featured in Guida Gallo Book

Chef Angelo will be featured in the 11th Edition of Guida Gallo "Not Only Risotto" this month. The feature looks at his early beginnings at just 14 years of age starting out at Matilda Bay restaurant in Perth. Angelo featured a delicious recipe Risotto with chocolate covering, savoury caramel, coconut crumble, crème fraîche.
