Menu Inspiration
Inspiration, we could all use some from time to time and who better to offer us much needed inspiration than some of Perth's finest Chef's as well as your experienced Pronto Fine Foods team members.
In this part of our website and across on our YouTube channel, we will be bringing you inspirational videos and recipes to suit Perth's current seasons. Presenting you with favourite recipes using some of our finest products, these inspirational videos are sure to get the creative juices flowing.
SIMPLY ITALIAN SERIES: Porcini & Porcinelli Mushroom Pasta with Prawns
- 60-80g of Prontofresco Porcini & Porcinelli Mushrooms
- 40g of Prontofresco Champignon puree with black truffle
- 80g of dry Grano Armando Tortiglione pasta
- 5 pieces of prawns size U/10 (due to prawn shortages, this can be replaced with cooked prawns or chicken breast or crab meat)
- 2 tbsp of Luglio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Prontofresco Freeze Dried Garlic
- 1/4 cup of dry white wine
- 4 tbsp of cooking cream
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley and some for garnish
- Salt & pepper
