Invitation to Emilia-Romagna Wine Dinner Emilia-Romagna describes the Italian region stretching from Emilia in the north-west to Romagna on the Adriatic. This area is made up of mountainous territory and the plains of the Po River. The cooking typical for this region is robust, rich and flavorful.
Many renowned Italian produts such as prosciutto, parmigiano, coppa, pancetta,
mortadella and the aged balsamic vinegar of Modena are produced in this region.
Matilda Bay Restaurant is delighted to host a 6 course dinner in conjunction with Pronto Fine Foods, featuring these beautiful products accompanied by 6 lovely sparkling and still wines produced in the same area.
